These SUNLU Plus Member Terms of Service ("Terms of Service") constitute an agreement between you (referred to as "you" or "the user") and the SUNLU Online Store (store.sunlu.com), together with its affiliates (collectively, "SUNLU", "we", "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service set out the terms and conditions that apply to your SUNLU Plus Membership.

Please note that your use of the SUNLU Online Store (store.sunlu.com) and your SUNLU Plus Membership is also subject to other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements listed and linked on the SUNLU Online Store (store.sunlu.com). All such terms, as they may be amended from time to time, are incorporated into these Terms of Service.

Membership Eligibility  

SUNLU Plus Membership is available exclusively to individuals who have a registered SUNLU user account in good standing. You may verify your eligibility to subscribe by visiting the Member‑Only page. To complete a successful subscription (including renewals and re‑subscriptions), you must:

1. Possess a registered SUNLU user account and complete email verification.
2. Apply for SUNLU Plus Membership and pay the applicable membership fee.

SUNLU Plus Member Benefits  

As an SUNLU Plus Member, you will receive access to special benefits, including free shipping vouchers, extra SUNLU Points on qualifying purchases, additional product discounts, extended warranty options, and other member‑only perks. These benefits apply solely to orders placed on the SUNLU Online Store (store.sunlu.com).

SUNLU Points Rewards  

Once you join as an SUNLU Plus Member, you will earn SUNLU Points at an increased rate compared to non‑members. These bonus rewards are provided in addition to any current SUNLU Points promotions that are running at the time of your purchase. Specific details regarding earning thresholds can be found on your personal Member account page.

Important Notes  

For the most up‑to‑date details on reward benefits, please consult your Member account page or the SUNLU Points Rewards Terms & Conditions. Be sure to monitor the expiration dates of your SUNLU Points and use them before they expire. SUNLU Points that have expired cannot be redeemed or applied in any manner.

Extended Warranty and 30‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee  

As an annual SUNLU Plus Member, you qualify for the following benefits:

• Extra Extended Warranty Service: This extends the original warranty on eligible products purchased from SUNLU.com by an additional 6 months. For full details, please refer to our Warranty Policy.
  Note: The SUNLU Plus Member Extra Extended Warranty cannot be combined with or stacked onto any other warranty extension offers.
• 30‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee: Once per year, SUNLU offers a 30‑day money‑back guarantee, including return shipping costs covered, subject to the terms outlined in our 30‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee Policy.
  Note: These benefits apply only to annual SUNLU Plus Members. monthly subscribers are not eligible. For information on upgrade options, visit the SUNLU Plus Member page.

Additional Discounts and Benefits  

In addition to the core benefits, SUNLU may, at its sole discretion, provide various other member‑exclusive discounts. These offers will be posted from time to time on our website and are valid only during your current membership period.  

SUNLU also reserves the right to introduce new member benefits at any time. If additional benefits are added, they will become available to all active SUNLU Plus Members on the effective date announced and will remain valid through the remainder of your membership term.  

Membership Fees  

The SUNLU Plus Membership subscription fee is the amount displayed on our website or app at the time of registration. SUNLU reserves the right to adjust pricing and membership plans at its discretion. Promotional discounts on membership may be offered periodically.

• If you are already a member, any price adjustments will not apply to your current membership, and no refunds will be issued if the membership fee is reduced after your purchase.

From time to time, SUNLU may provide limited‑time discounts or exclusive coupons that make SUNLU Plus Membership available at a reduced price.

Note: SUNLU Plus Membership is billed on a recurring, auto‑renewal basis. You will receive an email notice in advance of your membership’s expiration date. Your membership will automatically renew for the next billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

Membership Term and Termination  

Membership Duration  

Your SUNLU Plus Membership becomes effective immediately upon successful payment. The membership period is determined by the plan you choose (monthly or annual). You can check your current membership term on the Member account page.

Note: Only one membership term can be active at any given time. If you purchase multiple plans, each will start from its own purchase date and will not be stacked or combined to extend the overall membership period.

For example:  

• If you purchase a monthly membership on May 1, 2026, it will remain valid until May 30, 2026.  
• If you purchase an annual membership on May 15, 2026, it will be valid from May 15, 2026, to May 14, 2027.

Membership Suspension and Termination  

You may pause or cancel your SUNLU Plus Membership at any time. 

• Suspending Your Membership: If you choose to pause your membership, billing will stop at the end of your current billing cycle. During the suspension period, your membership benefits will not be available. You can resume your membership at any time, according to your previously selected plan.
• Terminating Your Membership: If you choose to cancel your membership, billing will cease after your current billing cycle ends, and all membership benefits will no longer be accessible. You may reactivate your membership by purchasing it again at any time.

Note: You can pause or resume your membership through the Membership Management section of your account.

Important: Once a membership termination request is confirmed, your membership and all associated benefits will end immediately.
