SUNLU ABS-GF Filament

Facing industry pain points such as weak interlayer bonding, warping, and limited mechanical performance in traditional ABS materials, SUNLU Engineering Lab introduces the revolutionary ABS-GF Glass Fiber Reinforced material, providing the ultimate solution for professional users and industrial applications.

Breaking through the limitations of interlayer bonding in traditional ABS, a three-dimensional anchoring network is formed through glass fibers. Randomly distributed fibers act like micron-level chains, mechanically locking adjacent printed layers into a single unit, ensuring absolute structural integrity even in the most complex geometric designs.

Innovatively utilizes glass fibers to construct an efficient heat conduction network, achieving uniform heat distribution throughout the printing process. Internal temperature rise speed is reduced by 30%, ensuring each layer cures evenly and completely eliminating warping and cracking caused by thermal differential stress.

Optimized thermal stability makes it the ideal choice for high-temperature applications such as automotive components, functional prototypes, and industrial tools. Maintains dimensional stability and mechanical performance even under sustained high-temperature conditions.

Achieving leaps beyond standard ABS: flexural strength increases by 63% to 90MPa, tensile strength improves by 28.5% to 54MPa. The 10% glass fiber reinforcement not only enhances structural rigidity but also forms a thermal conduction network, significantly increasing heat deflection temperature.

We can only ship from the warehouse in the corresponding country/region and cannot ship across country or regions.

Is our filaments(like PLA, PLA+, etc.) a food safe material?

PLA is a food-safe material, but the filament will be added with toner during the production process, and it may also be contaminated by the printing nozzle during the printing process, so we do not recommend you to use PLA to print tableware
