Weekly Full Refund Draw: Starting Nov 10, 5 lucky users will be randomly selected each week to receive a full refund via gift card (20 winners in total).
Register Your Email to Win: From Nov 10, 5 lucky users weekly who register their email on the event page will receive random rewards such as filaments, resins, or dryers (refer to the official winner list for details; 20 winners in total).

Lucky Draw 1 – “You Shop, We Pay”:
Starting Nov 10, 5 lucky users will be drawn weekly from all orders placed during the promotion to receive a gift card equal to their order amount. A total of 20 lucky buyers will win.
Lucky Draw 2 – “Register Your Email to Win” :
Starting Nov 10, 5 lucky users who registered their email on the event page will be drawn weekly.
"Randomly selected prizes include consumables, resin, or a drying oven, subject to actual availability. A total of 20 lucky buyers will win."

Draws will be held every Friday: Nov 14, Nov 21, Nov 28, and Dec 5. Winners will be announced on the website.
Winners are selected randomly from all eligible participants.
SUNLU Online Store reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify participants who violate these Terms & Conditions.
Winners will be contacted via the email provided during registration by Dec 8, 2025.
For physical rewards, gifts will be shipped through the store. Ensure your account has an up-to-date shipping address.
Gift card winners must log in to the account associated with the registered email. Each gift card code is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Expired gift cards cannot be reissued, extended, or exchanged for cash or store credit.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or store credit.
SUNLU Online Store may amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time with advance notice, especially for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
