SUNLU ABS-FR is a flame-retardant engineering filament certified to UL94 V-0, delivering reliable self-extinguishing performance for fire-critical applications. It combines high impact strength, excellent durability, and stable, warp-free printing with dependable heat resistance up to 86.5°C—making it ideal for electronic housings, automotive components, and industrial parts that demand both safety and strength.

With a heat deflection temperature of up to 86.5°C, this filament maintains rigidity and structural reliability even under continuous high-temperature conditions—matching the thermal performance of standard SUNLU ABS.

Engineered for extreme toughness, SUNLU ABS-FR achieves an impressive impact strength of up to 14 kJ/m², easily withstanding drops and collisions. Perfect for parts that face heavy use—like drone frames, machine housings, or tool handles.

Optimized Printing Parameters
For best results, print at 240–260°C nozzle temperature, with a bed temperature of 80–90°C, and speeds between 50–200mm/s. Dry before use and print in a ventilated or enclosed environment for maximum quality and consistency.
