SUNLU Points Rewards Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the SUNLU Points Rewards Program (“SUNLU Points Program”). Members of the program will earn “SUNLU Points” in connection with the purchase of qualifying online products and eligible online activities, redeemable toward selected products at the SUNLU Official Online Store (store.sunlu.com) (“SUNLU Store”).

SUNLU products may also be available through physical retail stores or third-party platforms (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Facebook resale groups, and other unauthorized resale channels). However, such purchases are not eligible for SUNLU Points accrual or redemption.

I. Membership

1. Free access. No purchase is necessary to obtain membership in the loyalty program, but you must establish an account at the SUNLU Official Online Store. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how your information is used. This program is void where prohibited by law.

2. Eligibility. To participate in the loyalty program, you must create an account in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You may register for an account if you are at least thirteen (13) years old, have access to the internet, and provide a valid mailing address. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password, and for restricting access to your account. You are also responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your account remains current, complete, accurate, and truthful. By registering, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, username, and/or password. You further agree to provide only accurate and up-to-date information at all times. If you access or use the site on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such person or entity to these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to assume liability for any harm resulting from improper or unauthorized use of the site or its content.

3. Enrollment. To join the SUNLU Points Program, create an account at the SUNLU Store (store.sunlu.com). To get started, visit the registration page and provide your email address and create a password. You will also have the option to subscribe to our newsletter during the registration process. Once you have submitted the required information and your account has been successfully created, you will be automatically enrolled in the program.

4. How to Access/Change Your Member Information. You must keep your account information up to date. To do so, go to the "My Account" section and log in using your registered email address and current password. From your dashboard, you can view your account details and update your profile.

II. Earning SUNLU Points

1. General. Members can earn points on purchases of qualifying products at the SUNLU Official Online Store (store.sunlu.com). To receive points, you must be signed into your account at the time of purchase. You can check whether you are signed in at any time by clicking the user icon in the upper right-hand corner of the site.

2. Earning Rate. Members earn 1 SUNLU Point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases.
For example, points are earned on qualifying online products at the SUNLU Official Online Store (store.sunlu.com) when you are logged into your account. Points are calculated based on your order subtotal after discounts and are rounded to the nearest whole number. For example, if you spend $9.99, you will receive 10 SUNLU Points.

3. Exclusions. Members earn points only on the purchase price of:
(1) qualifying online products. Points are not calculated on shipping charges or any taxes, including, without limitation, federal, state, local, or use taxes.
(2) discounts or other credits applied to a product or service. For example, if a product normally priced at $50 is on sale for $25, points will be earned only on the $25 purchase price. Purchases of gift cards, redemption of vouchers, and any price adjustments, including returns, are not eligible for points.

All purchases:
(1) made prior to a member joining the program.
(2) made online without being logged into a SUNLU account linked to the member, are not eligible for SUNLU Points. Purchases made outside the SUNLU Official Online Store are also not eligible for the SUNLU Points Rewards Program.
(3) Wholesale customers are not eligible to participate in the rewards program."

4. Returns/Order Cancellations. SUNLU Points earned from a purchase that is later returned, canceled, refunded, declined (including credit card or gift card), or otherwise credited will be deducted from your account in an amount equal to the points earned for the original transaction, including any applicable bonus points. Points cannot be reinstated to your rewards account for any returned order. Rewards coupons or gift cards are not transferable between orders or items.

5. Bonus SUNLU Points Promotions. From time to time, the SUNLU Store may offer bonus SUNLU Points promotions. Under these promotions, members may earn additional (“Bonus SUNLU Points”) in connection with the purchase of selected online products. When you purchase specially marked products or make a purchase during a designated promotional period, you will earn Bonus SUNLU Points as specified in the offer. All Bonus SUNLU Points promotions are subject to the applicable Terms and Conditions and may be offered at the sole discretion of the SUNLU Store.

6. Limitations on Bonus SUNLU Points and SUNLU Points, Generally. These terms apply to both SUNLU Points and Bonus SUNLU Points accrual. If a product purchased during a promotion includes an additional free item, SUNLU Points will not be awarded based on the retail value of the free item.

III. Redeeming Points

1. How to Use Your SUNLU Points. SUNLU Points must be used in accordance with the increments specified in these Terms and Conditions. SUNLU Points may only be redeemed online at the SUNLU Official Online Store (store.sunlu.com). Members may use SUNLU Points to offset the purchase price of products. SUNLU Points may be redeemed in any combination of points and specified increments. Redemption is subject to product availability.

2. Redeeming Your SUNLU Points.

What are rewards? Rewards typically include SUNLU discount codes, gift cards, and products (including physical gifts or SUNLU accessories) that can be redeemed in exchange for the corresponding number of points in your SUNLU Points account. Some rewards may only be available during specific periods. Redemption rules may change without prior notice due to campaigns or product releases.

How do you redeem SUNLU Points? Sign in to your account on the SUNLU Store. Go to the "Redeem SUNLU Points" page and select the rewards you wish to redeem. Points will be deducted at the time of redemption. Rewards are available while supplies last or during limited-time periods. Certain rewards may require you to agree to separate Terms and Conditions, which will be provided at the time of the offer. Rewards are non-returnable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. Please review the rules of each reward carefully before confirming redemption.

a. Discount Codes. After confirming redemption, you will receive a single-use discount code. These codes can be applied to purchases on the SUNLU Store. Enter the code at checkout to receive the discount.

• Only one discount code may be used per transaction.
• Some codes may not apply to certain products.
• Minimum purchase amounts or quantity requirements may apply.
• Some codes are time-limited and may expire if not used.
• If a discounted order is returned, the discount will be allocated proportionally across applicable items.

b. Products / Free Gifts. Select the product you wish to redeem and click ""Redeem Now."" Then complete the shipping form and submit your request. Rewards available in the SUNLU Official Online Store (store.sunlu.com) do not require a merchandise purchase.

• Most products include free shipping; however, shipping fees may apply to certain items.
• Rewards will be shipped separately with a unique order ID.
• Rewards will be processed and shipped after redemption is confirmed.
• Once shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information.
• Due to the limited nature of rewards, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not permitted after redemption is confirmed.

c. Gift Cards. SUNLU Gift Cards may only be used on the SUNLU Official Online Store (store.sunlu.com). Other gift cards offered as rewards are provided by third parties. Please refer to the applicable third-party Terms and Conditions or contact their support for assistance. Review the rules of each gift card before redemption. Some gift cards may include specific validity periods for collection and use.

We encourage you to redeem your points regularly to enjoy the full benefits of the SUNLU Points program, including discounts, products, and gift cards. Rewards are available while supplies last and may be changed, discontinued, limited, or substituted at our sole discretion, with or without notice. The method and timing of reward delivery are determined solely by SUNLU.

3. Exclusions. Only one account is permitted per individual. Reward codes may not be combined with other discount codes. Points are non-transferable. SUNLU Points cannot be applied to past purchases. Points accumulated across different accounts may not be combined or aggregated for purchases or for any other purpose. Points earned in a transaction cannot be redeemed in the same transaction. Redeemed points cannot be applied retroactively to any prior order. SUNLU Points have no cash value outside of the SUNLU Official Online Store (store.sunlu.com) and are available only to members in good standing. Rewards will be void and will not be shipped if the membership is canceled. All redemptions must be completed within the valid membership period.

4. Points Expiration and Time Lapses. Standard points expire 365 days after the date they are credited to your account and become available. Certain points may expire earlier at SUNLU's discretion.

5. Rewards Cannot Be Canceled. Once points are redeemed, a reward (including discounts, products, or gift cards) will be issued, and the redemption cannot be canceled, nor can the points be re-credited to your SUNLU Points account.

IV. General

By registering on the SUNLU Official Online Store (store.sunlu.com) and participating in the SUNLU Points Rewards Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional terms associated with the program.

SUNLU reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or restrict the loyalty program, your account, point redemption, or any part of the program, including but not limited to the point conversion rate and expiration policy, at any time without prior notice. Such changes may apply even if they affect points already accumulated. You are responsible for staying informed of the program's Terms and Conditions.

A member's points balance, as recorded in SUNLU's systems, shall be deemed final and accurate. SUNLU reserves the right to determine the correct points balance based on its internal records. In case of discrepancies between account statements and SUNLU's records, the internal records shall prevail. SUNLU is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect member information.

Points may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. Any attempted transfer or sale may result in forfeiture of points, suspension, or termination of membership, which shall be final. All point transactions and accounts are subject to review and verification. Points may be temporarily unavailable during such review.

SUNLU may revoke membership at any time in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms and Conditions. Such actions may also affect eligibility for other current or future SUNLU programs. Points are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.

They are valid only on the SUNLU Official Online Store (store.sunlu.com). Purchases made outside the official store, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Facebook resale groups, or other third parties, are not eligible for points. Upon account termination by the user or by SUNLU due to violations or misuse, all accumulated points will be immediately forfeited and no longer redeemable.

SUNLU will make reasonable efforts to award points to eligible registered customers, but is not liable for technical errors or unforeseen issues that may affect point accrual. For more information, please use the Contact Us section located in the footer of the website.
